PADI DIVEMASTERTake the first step into your professional dive career and become a PADI Divemaster with Blue Season Bali.

Working closely with our experienced PADI Instructors, you'll expand your dive knowledge and hone your skills as you become a dive professional. PADI Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities by training you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers.

  • Work at local dive centers, on live-aboard dive boats, yachts and at exotic resort locations
  • Assist PADI Instructors with students
  • Lead PADI Scuba Divers on guided dive tours
  • Teach and certify PADI Skin Divers
  • Teach PADI Discover Snorkeling programs
  • Conduct PADI Scuba Review programs for certified divers
  • Lead certified divers on Discover Local Diving experiences
  • Teach Emergency First Response programs after successful completion of an Emergency First Response Instructor course.

BALI DIVEMASTERWhat do I need to start?

  • PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or qualifying certification from another training organization
  • PADI Rescue Diver certification or qualifying certification from another training organization.
  • Medical clearance signed by a physician to say that youare fit for diving.
  • 20 logged dives
  • 18 years old

DIVEMASTER COURSEWhat will I do?

At Blue Season Bali, there are a couple of options when it comes to taking the PADI Divemaster course. The most popular option is to undertake one of our industry leading internship programs. These programs give you a real chance to see how real PADI Divemasters work in a real dive industry setting. These internship programs normally run over a period of about three months but this does vary.

For those Divemaster candidates with limited time, there is the standard PADI Divemaster course that will enable you to complete all the training requirements in order to get the PADI Diveamster certification. However, we strongly recommend that people undertaking this option, tries to get further experience before working as a Divemaster.

During either option, you will undertake the following:

  • Learn dive leadership through classroom and independent study sessions
  • Complete water skills and stamina exercises in confined and open water
  • Training exercises to test organizational and problem solving abilities
  • An internship or series of practical training exercises

PADI OPEN WATER DIVERWhat is included and what does it cost?

For all of our PADI courses, Blue Season Bali includes all the training materials required to complete the course, at no extra charge to you. During the PADI Divemaster course you will be expected, as a minimum, to have your own mask, snorkel, fins, dive watch and knife. It is higlyl recommended that you have your own set of SCUBA equipment. When you start work as a PADI Divemaster, you will be required to have your own equipment.

The cost of the PADI Divemaster course varies depending on your current level and diving experience.
