Zen Resort Bali offers an integrated Ayurveda and Yoga wellness program. The residential Ayurveda and Yoga practitioners qualified from the College of Ayurveda in Kerala and certified by the Government of India will assess your Ayurvedic body type and discuss your lifestyle, any specific ailments and imbalances. Based on this evaluation and your personal constitution, specific Ayurvedic treatments (from Zen Resort Bali’s range of 28 different treatments) will be proposed towards designing your own personal Ayurvedic treatment and wellness plan.

Also during the daily morning Yoga class, the Yoga Master from India, Shree K P Suresh will introduce you to the principles of Yoga and guide you though eight simple and easy to do Yogic exercises, perfected by Swami Ramdev Maharaj and currently practiced every morning and evening by tens of millions of devotees in India.

The rooms at Zen Resort Bali are simple yet provide you with a level of comfort that you would be more than satisfied with. All of the rooms overlook the beautiful gardens, which run off into the view of the ocean and the mountain line across North Bali. There are no TV's or stereos in which you can distract yourself from the natural beauty that surrounds this place. The idea here is to get away from the normal daily stresses and just relax.

The Resort offers a unique style of dining. Upon arrival, you will be asked about the foods that you like and dislike. From then on, the chef will provide you with your daily meals that will take you through a variety of fabulous dishes. There is no menu that you can choose from. If you have a particular requirement then the staff will talk with you and ensure that you get what you need. The food is excellent overall, with a great selection of different dishes.

This hotel is conveniently located in Sanur and is close by to many restaurants and the beach. Blue Season Bali prefers to use this hotel for guests who are diving at Nusa Penida for a few reasons. There is no better place to enjoy a good dinner than in front of Tamu Kami's open kitchen where their cooks prepare a day menu and a host of a-la-carte delicacies. Their menu has already attracted numerous expatriates living and working here in Bali.
