Dive Employment opportunities with Blue Season Bali
At Blue Season Bali we look to hire staff who have the personal attributes and professional qualifications necessary to maintain a high level of professional service to all our customers.
Currently Blue Season Bali is able to offer long term employment for Diving and non Diving professionals to work in the following positions:
PADI Instructors / Divemasters
Primary responsibility is to co-ordinate and supervise all diving and snorkelling activities and to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and staff on board all of our dive trips and dive courses.
The applicant should have excellent communication skills with a basic minimum of English and German plus another language is a benefit.
The right candidate will have the following skills:
Excellent German and English language ability. Other languages are a bonus.
Excellent communications ability.
Professional and standards orientated character.
Working knowledge of computers (word, excel, outlook) with Adobe photoshop and basic web editing a huge plus.
Blue Season Bali is currently offering one individual the chance to complete our Instructor internship absolutely free of charge with a view to long term employment with the company.
The applicant should be certified as a Rescue Diver or Divemaster. Multilingual applicants are preferred. Non diving skills are a huge benefit, especially in computer / web and tourism related areas.
PADI Divemasters - Indonesian citizens only
We are looking for Divemasters experienced in diving in Bali with a main requirement being knowledge of the Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan region. Long term and short term postions available.
Applicants must be renewed PADI Divemasters. English to Japanese language skills are required.
