Amazingly, our team of divers discovered a stray Mola Mola roaming around at Crystal Bay today.  With conditions verging on terrible; strong currents, bad visibility and heavy rain did not put off the rather large sunfish.  A really cold upwelling was found on crystal bay  when the divemaster, Komang, sighted a fantastic sunfish.  Komang has just joined our team and has many years experience around the Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida region.

It is extremely rare to find these fish around Bali at this time of the year.  On very small occasions they can be seen although they tend to be frightened off quiet easily during these periods.  This sunfish was so happy about being cleaned that he was hanging around for about two minutes prior to moving off.  The divers completely forgot about the bad conditions after seeing the sunfish.  It is definately a happy new year for them.
