Seraya is void of any coral formations but its sand and small structures are abundant with rare critters making it Tulambens top ‘muck diving’ site. Photographers flood to this area with the promise of harlequin shrimp and frog fish (from 3-9 meters) and the deeper areas from 9-35 meters offer the rare chance to sea mimic octopus and seahorses.
