HOW DOES IT WORK?
If you are over 10 years old and answer no to the medical questions then you are in! Fill out the paperwork, a few signatures and you are almost ready to get wet.
You will work through the learning materials and watch the DVD’s together with other students and an experienced PADI Instructor
Next it is time to put on your swimsuit and head for the swimming pool where we will explain how to put on and use the scuba equipment
Shortly after you will be taking your first breath underwater, an experience you will never forget!
It is time to get really excited during your ocean dives when all the wonders below the waves start to be revealed.
Getting your PADI Certification in Bali takes just four days and includes:
- 5 Theory Segments
- 5 Pool Sessions
- 4 Open Water Dives at Bali’s Best Dive Sites!
The days are usually structured like this:
- Day One & Two – Theory and swimming pool sessions
- Day Three – Two beautiful dives in Padang Bai or Amed*
- Day Four – Two dives at the World Famous USAT Liberty Wreck *
*Please note – Dive Sites are selected based on the best diving conditions on the day – the order of the sites may be switched around. You will visit Tulamben, Amed or Padang Bai.
PADI eLearning – Online Theory
If you are keen to complete all of your dive theory before you arrive in Bali for your Open Water Course; we have a solution for you!
Sign up for PADI’s online theory and complete all of the videos, knowledge development, quizzes and exams online – saving you precious time on your holiday in Bali. The Open Water Course with eLearning only takes 3 days to complete saving you time and money!

- The minimum age is 10 years old.
- You need to show that you are medically fit for diving. To do that – Complete the PADI Medical Statement – if you answer “yes” to any of the questions, you will need to see a doctor before you will be able to enter the water. If you can answer “no” to all of the questions then you are good to go!
